将当前文本选区复制到剪贴板的动作构造函数将

Caption 预设为 Copy，将 Hint 预设为 Copy selected text；仅当文档已打开且 SelectedText 非空时动作才可用，执行时调用 CopySelectedText它是

CreatePDFlibViewerDefaultPopupMenu 构建的标准查看器上下文菜单中的第一项
