参数

TableID	由 CreateTable 函数返回的 TableID
FirstRow	要设置的第一行行号，最上方一行为第 1 行
FirstColumn	要设置的第一列列号，最左侧列的列号为 1
LastRow	要设置的最后一行行号
LastColumn	要设置的最后一列的列号
NewTextSize	指定单元格范围的新文本大小 double NewTextSize);
