描述

对后续任意渲染函数调用的 DPI 参数应用非整数缩放

例如，如果将渲染比例设为 0.1，并调用 DPI 参数设为 125 的 RenderPageToFile 函数，生成的图像将以有效 DPI 12.5 渲染
