设置表单字段的初始值。如果满足条件，则会生成表单字段的外观流

已调用 SetNeedAppearances(1)

参数

Index所需表单字段索引，第一个表单字段索引为 1
NewValue表单字段的新值。对于多行文本字段，可使用 Chr(13) 或 Chr(13) + Chr(10) 强制换行

0找不到指定的表单字段
1表单字段的默认值设置成功
