参数

Index要操作的表单字段索引。第一个表单字段的索引为 1
CheckStyle0 = 十字 1 = 勾选 2 = 圆点（单选） 3 = XP 勾选 4 = XP 单选 5 = 菱形 6 = 正方形 7 = 星形
Position0 = 左对齐 1 = 居中 2 = 右对齐

0某个参数无效
