备注

DestPage 从零开始计数，DestType 的 1 至 8 分别表示 XYZ 至 FitBV，ValueMask 的位 1、2、4、8 和 16 分别表示左、上、右、下和缩放

XYZ 允许缺失值，FitR 需要掩码 15，缩放以百分比表示
