字符串参数按 ANSI 文本接受，其余行为与宽字符串入口点完全相同

成功时返回 1，失败时返回 0

备注

调用失败会删除其部分输出文件；ANSI DLL 入口点会将页面范围和文件名解码为 UTF-8
