描述

末尾的 A 表示 ANSI（char）DLL 入口点；ActiveX/COM 接口仅公开 Unicode 形式。行为与 GetPrinterNames 相同，字符串参数使用当前 SetAnsiMode 代码页解释

返回一个 CSV 字符串，包含系统中所有可用打印机的名称。结果是应用启动时枚举的缓存列表。新的 GetLatestPrinterNames 函数返回最新的打印机列表
