读取选定注释的 /RT 条目中存储的回复关系名称

返回值不带前导斜杠，例如普通回复的值为 R

参数

Index 是选定页面上注释的从 1 开始的索引

返回值

返回不带前导斜杠的 /RT 名称；若该注释没有回复关系条目，则返回空字符串

备注

与 GetAnnotReplyTo 配合使用可解析 /IRT 所引用的父注释。AddAnnotationReply 以 /RT /R 写入普通回复
