参数

Page	从 1 开始的页码
Options	ExportPageSVG 接受的相同选项位掩码，零选择 `PDF_SVG_DEFAULT`
FileName	目标 SVG 文件名

返回值

完整的 UTF-8 SVG 文件写入后返回 1；验证、提取、编码或文件输出失败时返回 0

备注

目标文件包含由 ExportPageSVG 返回的同一份自包含 SVG

ANSI DLL 变体根据配置的 ANSI 模式解释 FileName

页面、选项或文件名无效时 LastErrorCode 为 119，导出或文件输出失败时为 522
