描述
使用 Direct Access 功能设置文档的初始页面布局，双页布局（值 4 和 5）会将保存的文档提升至 PDF 1.5

| FileHandle | 由 DAOpenFile、DAOpenFileReadOnly 或 DAOpenFromStream 函数返回的句柄 NewPageLayout 0 = 单页 1 = 单列 2 = 双列，奇数页在左侧 3 = 双列，奇数页在右侧 4 = 双页，奇数页在左侧 5 = 双页，奇数页在右侧 6 = 无首选项（从文档中移除设置） |
