AddStampAnnotationFromImageID

描述

根据已添加到文档的图像 ID 向所选页面添加自定义图章注释。颜色参数值范围为 0 到 1，其中 0 表示颜色的 0%，1 表示 100%。该颜色仅影响弹出窗口的背景色，不影响图章本身
