描述

末尾的 A 表示 ANSI（char）DLL 入口点；ActiveX/COM 接口仅公开 Unicode 形式，其行为与 AddStampAnnotation 相同，字符串参数使用当前 SetAnsiMode 代码页解释

向所选页面添加图章注释，颜色参数的取值范围为 0 到 1，其中 0 表示颜色的 0%，1 表示颜色的 100%，颜色仅影响弹出注释的背景色，不影响图章本身

所选文档低于 PDF 1.3 时，写入器会自动将有效 PDF 版本提升至 1.3，因为 PDF 1.3 引入了图章注释
