向未签名签名字段的精确签名者证书约束添加一个 DER 编码的 X.509 证书

参数

Index从一开始计数的表单字段索引，用于标识已具有种子值字典的未签名签名字段
CertificateDER一份完整的 DER 编码 X.509 证书

返回值

1证书已添加或已存在
0字段、种子值字典、DER 值或聚合大小无效

备注

证书按其完整 DER 编码比较，字节完全相同的重复证书仅存储一次

仅当所选身份证书与字段种子值证书数组中的某一成员完全匹配时，签名才会成功
