向现有的外部 ICC 输出配置文件引用添加备用检索 URI

Function AddOutputIntentProfileReferenceURL(PageNumber: Integer; Const ProfileURL: WideString): Integer;

PageNumber	0 表示 Catalog 输出意图，或使用基于 1 的页码表示显式页面输出意图
ProfileURL	带有显式方案的 ASCII RFC 3986 URI

调用后 URI 存在时返回 1；目标、URI 无效或缺少 /DestOutputProfileRef 结构时返回 0

该方法向引用的 /URLs 数组追加包含 /FS /URL 和 /F 的 URL 文件规格

多次添加同一 URI 是幂等的，不会产生重复的位置

请先调用 SetOutputIntentProfileReference 创建主配置文件引用及其初始 URI
