Parametri

TableID	TableID koji vraća funkcija CreateTable
FirstRow	Broj prvog reda koji treba postaviti. Gornji red je red broj 1
FirstColumn	Broj prve kolone koju treba postaviti. Krajnja leva kolona je kolona broj 1
LastRow	Broj poslednjeg reda koji treba postaviti
LastColumn	Broj poslednje kolone koju treba postaviti 0 = Svi okviri 1 = Levo 2 = Gore 3 = Desno 4 = Dole
BorderIndex
Red	Crvena komponenta boje, vrednost od 0 do 1
Green	Zelena komponenta boje, vrednost od 0 do 1
Blue	Plava komponenta boje, vrednost od 0 do 1 double Red, double Green, double Blue);
