Параметры

TableID	TableID, возвращаемый функцией CreateTable
FirstRow	Номер первой заполняемой строки. Верхняя строка имеет номер 1
FirstColumn	Номер первого заполняемого столбца. Крайний левый столбец имеет номер 1
LastRow	Номер последней заполняемой строки
LastColumn	Номер последнего заполняемого столбца. 0 = все рамки 1 = левая 2 = верхняя 3 = правая 4 = нижняя
BorderIndex
NewWidth	Новая ширина указанной рамки double NewWidth);
