Описание

Controls whether a certificate-bound CNG private-key provider may display PIN, consent, token, or cloud-approval user interfaces during signing

This setting applies to identities selected through a PFX file, Windows certificate store, or certificate context; explicit CNG key APIs carry their own AllowUI parameter

SignProcessID	Значение, возвращаемое функцией `NewSignProcessFrom*`
AllowUI	True or nonzero to allow provider interaction, false or zero to require silent signing

0	Недопустимый ID процесса

Примечания

Тихий режим остаётся значением по умолчанию, чтобы неинтерактивные службы не зависали на неожиданном окне провайдера
