Parametri

TableID	Un TableID returnat de funcția CreateTable
FirstRow	Numărul primului rând de setat. Rândul de sus are numărul 1
FirstColumn	Numărul primei coloane de setat. Coloana din stânga are numărul 1
LastRow	Numărul ultimului rând de setat
LastColumn	Numărul ultimei coloane de setat
NewTextSize	Noua dimensiune a textului pentru intervalul de celule specificat double NewTextSize);
