Parametri

TableID	Un TableID returnat de funcția CreateTable
FirstRow	Numărul primului rând de setat. Rândul de sus are numărul 1
FirstColumn	Numărul primei coloane de setat. Coloana din stânga are numărul 1
LastRow	Numărul ultimului rând de setat
LastColumn	Numărul ultimei coloane de setat 0 = toate chenarele 1 = stânga 2 = sus 3 = dreapta 4 = jos
BorderIndex
NewWidth	Noua lățime a chenarului specificat double NewWidth);
