Parâmetros

TableID	Um TableID devolvido pela função CreateTable
FirstRow	O número da primeira linha a definir. A linha superior é a linha número 1
FirstColumn	O número da primeira coluna a definir. A coluna mais à esquerda tem o número 1
LastRow	O número da última linha a definir
LastColumn	O número da coluna final a definir 0 = Todos os contornos 1 = Esquerdo 2 = Superior 3 = Direito 4 = Inferior

NewWidth	A nova largura do contorno especificado double NewWidth);
