Parâmetros

TableID	Um TableID retornado pela função CreateTable
FirstRow	O número da primeira linha a definir. A linha do topo é a linha 1.
FirstColumn	O número da primeira coluna a definir. A coluna mais à esquerda é a coluna 1.
LastRow	O número da última linha a definir
LastColumn	O número da última coluna a definir 0 = All borders 1 = Left 2 = Top 3 = Right 4 = Bottom

NewWidth	A nova largura da borda informada double NewWidth);
