Controls whether a certificate-bound CNG private-key provider may display PIN, consent, token, or cloud-approval user interfaces during signing

This setting applies to identities selected through a PFX file, Windows certificate store, or certificate context; explicit CNG key APIs carry their own AllowUI parameter

AllowUI	True or nonzero to allow provider interaction, false or zero to require silent signing

Observações

O modo silencioso continua sendo o padrão, para que serviços não assistidos não bloqueiem em uma janela de provider inesperada
