Observações

DestPage tem base zero, DestType usa 1 a 8 para XYZ até FitBV, e ValueMask usa os bits 1, 2, 4, 8 e 16 para left, top, right, bottom e zoom

XYZ permite valores ausentes, FitR exige máscara 15 e o zoom é expresso como porcentagem
