TableID	Um TableID retornado pela função CreateTable
Position	A posição em que inserir as novas linhas. O valor mínimo é 1. O valor máximo é um a mais que o valor retornado pela função GetTableRowCount.
NewRowCount	O número de linhas a adicionar à tabela

0	As linhas não puderam ser adicionadas. Verifique o parâmetro TableID e certifique-se de que NewRowCount seja maior ou igual a 1. The Position parameter must also be within range.
Non-zero	O número total de linhas na tabela depois de adicionar as novas linhas.
