Stelt de Base URL in voor alle URL-links in het document

Als bijvoorbeeld de Base URL is ingesteld op "http://www.example.com/" en een URL-linkbestemming op "index.html", dan wijst de link naar "http://www.example.com/index.html"

Gebruik de functie AddLinkToWeb om een URL-link aan de huidige pagina toe te voegen
