Beschrijving

Vergelijkbaar met de functie DrawHTMLTextBox, maar positie/schaling/rotatie wordt opgegeven met een transformatiematrix

De resterende HTML-tekst wordt geretourneerd en kan weer aan deze functie worden doorgegeven (eventueel op een andere pagina of locatie), totdat de functie een lege string teruggeeft
