De afsluitende A geeft het ANSI (char)-DLL-entrypoint aan; het ActiveX/COM-oppervlak biedt alleen de Unicode-vorm. Het gedrag is identiek aan BeginArtifactEx en stringargumenten worden geïnterpreteerd volgens de huidige SetAnsiMode-codepagina

Opent een PDF-artifact marked-content-sequentie met expliciet artifacttype en optioneel Pagination-subtype in één aanroep. Breidt BeginArtifact uit zodat het volledige artifact-eigenschappenwoordenboek uit ISO 32000-1 §14.8.2.2.1 Table 330 wordt ondersteund

Gebruik deze functie wanneer u zowel een artifacttype (Pagination, Layout of Page) als een subtype van Pagination (Header, Footer, Watermark, PageNum of LineNum) in één operator moet uitdrukken. Als slechts één dimensie nodig is, volstaat BeginArtifact

Op elke BeginArtifactEx-aanroep moet een bijbehorende EndArtifact-aanroep volgen

Parameters

ArtifactTypeArtifacttypenaam weggeschreven als eigenschap /Type. Geldige waarden volgens ISO 32000-1 §14.8.2.2.1:
  • Pagination — pagina-kop, voettekst, paginanummer of ander pagineringselement
  • Layout — layoutgestuurde inhoud zoals kolomlijnen, achtergrondsier
  • Page — intrinsieke pagina-inhoud niet gebonden aan enige logische structuur
Geef een lege string door om /Type weg te laten (de operator valt terug op alleen /Subtype of kaal /Artifact BMC)
ArtifactSubtypePaginering-subtype weggeschreven als eigenschap /Subtype. Alleen betekenisvol wanneer ArtifactType Pagination is. Gangbare waarden: Header, Footer, Watermark, PageNum, LineNum. Geef een lege string door om /Subtype weg te laten
