SourceNamespaceID	Identificator geretourneerd door AddStructureNamespace voor de naamruimte die het custom type bezit
CustomType	Custom structure type name to map
TargetType	Destination structure type name
TargetNamespaceID	Bestemmingsnaamruimte-identificator, of 0 om te mappen naar de default standaardnaamruimte

0	A namespace identifier or type name is invalid
1	De mapping is opgeslagen

Een doelnaamruimte ongelijk aan nul schrijft de PDF 2.0-arrayvorm [/TargetType namespace-ref]; een doelnaamruimte van nul schrijft de naamvorm
