매개변수

TableID	CreateTable 함수가 반환한 TableID
FirstRow	설정할 첫 번째 행의 번호입니다. 맨 위 행은 1번입니다
FirstColumn	설정할 첫 번째 열의 번호입니다. 가장 왼쪽 열은 1번 열임
LastRow	설정할 마지막 행의 번호
LastColumn	설정할 마지막 열의 번호 0 = 모든 테두리 1 = 왼쪽 2 = 위쪽 3 = 오른쪽 4 = 아래쪽
BorderIndex
Red	색상의 빨간색 성분으로 0부터 1 사이의 값
Green	색상의 초록 성분이며 0~1 사이의 값
Blue	색상의 파란색 구성 요소이며 0~1 범위의 값 double Red, double Green, double Blue);
