TableID	CreateTable 함수가 반환한 TableID
FirstRow	설정할 첫 번째 행의 번호입니다. 맨 위 행은 1번입니다
FirstColumn	설정할 첫 번째 열의 번호입니다. 가장 왼쪽 열은 1번 열임
LastRow	설정할 마지막 행의 번호
LastColumn	설정할 마지막 열 번호
NewCellAlignment	0 = 왼쪽 위 1 = 가운데 위 2 = 오른쪽 위 3 = 왼쪽 가운데 4 = 정중앙 5 = 오른쪽 가운데 6 = 왼쪽 아래 7 = 가운데 아래 8 = 오른쪽 아래 int NewCellAlignment);
