설명

문서의 모든 URL 링크에 대한 Base URL을 반환합니다

예를 들어 Base URL이 "http://www.example.com/"이고 URL 링크 대상이 "index.html"이면 링크는 "http://www.example.com/index.html"을 가리킵니다

현재 페이지에 URL 링크를 추가하려면 AddLinkToWeb 함수를 사용합니다
