설명

지정한 주석에 대상 항목이 있으면 이 함수는 DestID를 반환함

DestID는 GetDestPage, GetDestType 및 GetDestValue 함수와 함께 사용할 수 있습니다. 주석에 대상 항목이 없으면 이 함수는 0을 반환합니다

GetAnnotActionID 함수는 theGetActionDest 함수와 함께 사용할 수 있는 값을 반환할 수 있습니다
