선택한 페이지에 노트 주석을 추가합니다 색상 매개변수 값의 범위는 0에서 1이며 0은 색상 0%, 1은 색상 100%를 나타냅니다

이 작성기는 연결된 /Popup 주석과 PDF 1.3 주석 플래그를 만들므로 PDF 1.2 문서는 저장 전에 자동으로 PDF 1.3으로 승격됩니다
