パラメータ

TableID	CreateTable 関数から返された TableID
FirstRow	設定する最初の行番号。最上段は行番号1
FirstColumn	設定する最初の列の番号です。最も左の列は列番号 1 です
LastRow	設定する最終行の番号
LastColumn	設定する最後の列の番号 0 = すべての境界線 1 = 左 2 = 上 3 = 右 4 = 下
BorderIndex
Red	色の赤成分。値は 0 から 1 です
Green	色の緑成分を示す 0～1 の値
Blue	色の青成分。0 から 1 の値 double Red, double Green, double Blue);
