パラメータ

TableID	CreateTable 関数から返された TableID
FirstRow	設定する最初の行番号。最上段は行番号1
FirstColumn	設定する最初の列の番号です。最も左の列は列番号 1 です
LastRow	設定する最終行の番号
LastColumn	設定する最終列の番号
NewCellAlignment	0 = 左上 1 = 上中央 2 = 右上 3 = 左中央 4 = 中央 5 = 右中央 6 = 左下 7 = 下中央 8 = 右下 int NewCellAlignment);
