パラメータ

Index操作対象のフォームフィールドのインデックスです。最初のフォームフィールドのインデックスは 1 です
Angleフィールドを回転する角度です。0、90、180、270 のいずれかでなければなりません

戻り値

0フォームフィールドが見つからないか、指定した角度が無効です
1指定したフォームフィールドの回転が正常に設定されました
