説明

RenderPagesToPrintFile の ANSI DLL 版

文字列パラメータを ANSI テキストとして受け入れ、それ以外はワイド文字列エントリポイントと同じ動作をします

成功時は 1、失敗時は 0 を返します

備考

失敗した呼び出しは部分的な出力ファイルを削除します。ANSI DLL エントリポイントはページ範囲とファイル名を UTF-8 としてデコードします
