DrawTextBox 関数と似ていますが、テキストボックスを任意の角度で回転できます

パラメータ

Left	テキストボックス左上隅の水平座標
Top	テキストボックス左上隅の垂直座標
Width	ボックスの幅
Height	ボックスの高さ
Angle	ボックスを左上隅を中心に反時計回りで回転させる角度
Text	ボックスに配置するテキスト
Options	0 = 垂直方向中央揃え 1 = 垂直方向上揃え 2 = 垂直方向下揃え 3 = 垂直方向中央揃え、折り返しなし 4 = 垂直方向上揃え、折り返しなし 5 = 垂直方向下揃え、折り返しなし

戻り値

0	Options パラメーターが範囲外であるか、Width パラメーターがテキストを含めるには小さすぎます
Non-zero	実際に描画されたテキストの行数 int Options);
