DestPage ha base zero, DestType usa da 1 a 8 per XYZ-FitBV e ValueMask usa i bit 1, 2, 4, 8 e 16 per left, top, right, bottom e zoom

XYZ consente valori mancanti, FitR richiede la maschera 15 e lo zoom è espresso come percentuale
