Mirip fungsi DrawImage tetapi image bisa dirotasi pada sudut berapa pun. Perhatikan bahwa titik anchor-nya pojok kiri bawah image, bukan kiri atas seperti pada fungsi DrawImage

Left	Koordinat horizontal titik anchor
Bottom	Koordinat vertikal titik anchor
Width	Lebar image
Height	Tinggi image
Angle	Sudut rotasi image, diukur berlawanan arah jarum jam dalam derajat dari baseline, terhadap titik anchor (kiri bawah image)
