Ova funkcija vratit će DestID ako navedena anotacija ima unos odredišta

DestID se može upotrijebiti s funkcijama GetDestPage, GetDestType i GetDestValue. Ako anotacija nema unos odredišta, ova funkcija vratit će nulu

Funkcija GetAnnotActionID može vratiti vrijednost koja se može upotrijebiti s funkcijom theGetActionDest
