תיאור

הפונקציה תחזיר ActionID אם להערה שצוינה יש מילון פעולה

את ה-ActionID אפשר להשתמש עם הפונקציות GetActionType ו-GetActionDest, וגם להשוות אותו לערכים שהוחזרו מ-GetOutlineActionID כדי לקבוע אם פעולת הערה משותפת עם פעולת outline
