Accepte les paramètres de chaîne comme texte ANSI et se comporte sinon de façon identique au point d'entrée à chaîne large

Remarques

Un appel échoué supprime son fichier de sortie partiel ; le point d'entrée ANSI DLL décode les plages de pages et les noms de fichiers en UTF-8
