Parámetros

TableID	Un TableID devuelto por la función CreateTable
FirstRow	El número de la primera fila que se debe establecer. La fila superior es la fila número 1
FirstColumn	El número de la primera columna que se debe establecer. La columna situada más a la izquierda es la número 1
LastRow	El número de la fila final que se establecerá
LastColumn	El número de la columna final que se establecerá 0 = Todos los bordes 1 = Izquierdo 2 = Superior 3 = Derecho 4 = Inferior

NewWidth	El nuevo ancho del borde especificado double NewWidth);
