Devuelve una lista de nombres de fuentes instaladas. Estos nombres de fuentes se pueden usar con
Funciones AddTrueTypeFont y AddSubsettedFont
La lista se filtra por el conjunto de caracteres especificado. Para mostrar todas las fuentes, establezca CharsetIndex en 2 (correspondiente a DEFAULT_CHARSET)
