Sets the color of one or more cell borders using the RGB color space.

Parameters

TableIDA TableID returned by the CreateTable function
FirstRowThe the number of the first row to set. Top row is row number 1.
FirstColumnThe the number of the first column to set. Left most column is column number 1.
LastRowThe number of the final row to set
LastColumnThe number of the final column to set 0 = All borders 1 = Left 2 = Top 3 = Right 4 = Bottom
BorderIndex
RedThe red component of the color, a value from 0 to 1
GreenThe green component of the color, a value from 0 to 1
BlueThe blue component of the color, a value from 0 to 1 double Red, double Green, double Blue);
