Description
Draw a circular arc on the selected page. The arc is drawn in a clockwise direction from StartAngle to EndAngle.

| DrawOptions | 0 = Outline 1 = Fill 2 = Fill and Outline 3 = Close, Fill and Outline (if Pie = 1) |
