Runs the same XSD and Schematron validation as ValidateInvoiceBusinessRulesWithTools through the DLL narrow-string convention

Return values

Returns the instance-owned JSON pointer describing both validation stages

Remarks

The result contains UTF-8 JSON and input strings use the instance ANSI setting; copy the pointer before the next string-result call on the same instance
