Returns 1 for a valid complete hierarchy or 0 with error 525 for an invalid graph

Remarks

Validation checks exact wrapper and part types, parent links, cycles, standard 8192-entry non-final child array blocks, uniform leaf depth, node-name count, record level, strict page order, complete page coverage, page reverse links, ranges, XML NMTOKEN dictionary keys and DPM value types

The traversal is depth-bounded and metadata accounting is size-bounded to reject hostile structures without unbounded allocation
